Terms & Conditions, Waiver, & Policies
By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement.
Release Waiver
I/we (Parent/Guardian of Participant and Participant) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a prerequisite to participating in the Event provided by LEGENDARY SPORTS XPERIENCES LLC (hereinafter referred to as “LSX”).
1. Medical Condition & Authorization
∙ I certify that the Participant is physically able to participate in the LSX Event and that there are no known restrictions, physical impairments, or other factors that may limit their participation.
∙ I acknowledge that LSX will not conduct physical examinations before or during the Event and will rely solely on the information provided in writing to an LSX Corporate Officer.
∙ I authorize LSX directors, coaches, staff, and associates to act on my behalf in securing emergency medical treatment and hospitalization for the Participant if deemed necessary. I assume all responsibility for any associated costs.
2. Financial Responsibility & Insurance
∙ I agree to bear full financial responsibility for any medical attention required by the Participant during the Event or as a result of injuries sustained at the Event.
∙ I affirm that I have and will maintain adequate health insurance coverage for the Participant that encompasses all activities related to the Event.
∙ I understand that LSX assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, treatment, or compensation for injuries incurred during the Event.
3. Compliance with Event Rules
∙ The Participant agrees to comply with all LSX Camp rules, policies, instructions, and requirements for participation, whether written or verbal (collectively referred to as “Event Rules”).
∙ I acknowledge that LSX may, at its sole discretion, remove the Participant from the Event without refund if they fail to comply with the Event Rules or exhibit conduct that LSX deems inappropriate or unsafe.
∙ I/we release LSX from any claims or liabilities arising from the Participant’s failure to adhere to the Event Rules.
4. Assumption of Risk of Event Activities
∙ I acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, permanent disability, or death.
∙ "Event Activities" include all activities on or off the Event facility or field, including pre- and post-instruction periods, from arrival until the conclusion of the Event.
∙ I/we knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of LSX or its agents, and take full responsibility for the Participant’s participation.
5. Release, Indemnify & Hold Harmless
∙ I/we release, indemnify, and hold harmless LSX, its directors, staff, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, representatives, and the owners or lessors of the premises used for the Camp (“Releases”), from any claims, damages, or liabilities for injury, disability, death, or property loss associated with Event participation, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
∙ If the Participant cannot attend a Event they have registered for, LSX will issue a voucher for future use, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the Event.
∙ If the Event is postponed due to weather, force majeure, or changes in the professional obligations of the athlete, registrations will transfer to the new date. Participants unable to attend the rescheduled Event may receive a voucher valid for one year.
∙ Refunds are not issued under these circumstances. If the Event ends early due to weather and less than 50% of the scheduled time has passed, participants may receive a makeup session or voucher. No refunds are issued if more than 50% of the Event has elapsed.
7. Publicity
∙ I grant LSX and its sponsors the right to use photographs or videos of the Participant for advertising and promotional purposes. LSX may also retain the Participant’s contact information in its database for communications related to future events.
8. Limitation of Liability
∙ The total liability of LSX, including its directors, officers, employees, and agents, for any claims arising from Event participation shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for the Event. This limitation is a material condition of this agreement.
9. Severability
∙ If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
∙ This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
∙ Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Michigan.
∙ The prevailing party in any legal action shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
