Welcome to the Ultimate Charity Youth Flag Football Tournament!

Game On Cancer is an initiative between Henry Ford Health Care and the Detroit Lions to raise funds to help tackle the financial toxicity that families may experience after a cancer diagnosis by funding patient expenses such as: transportation, groceries, housing costs, prescriptions and medical supplies, co-pays, insurance and so much more. 

Since 2014, we have raised over $200,000 through flag football events to help provide a platform for ground breaking research, please help us continue the momentum by participating in this amazing experience.

Event Details

• Style: 5v5 Youth Flag Football Tournament

• Date: Sunday, December 20, 2026

• Venue: Ford Field

• Address: 2000 Brush Street in downtown Detroit, Michigan, 48226

• Format: 3-game round robin, followed by a single-elimination playoff bracket for qualifying teams

• Locker Room Tour: All players and coaches receive access to a Ford Field locker room tour (tour times assigned once schedules are released)

• Roster Limits: 12 players + 3 coaches per team

• Spectator Admission: $20 per person (players + coaches free; children 5 & under free)

Divisions (Age as of August 1, 2026)

BOYS/COED: 8U | 10U | 12U | 14U ALL GIRLS: 10U | 12U
Coed divisions may include all boys, all girls, or a mix of both.
